The first is users can call the service desk and ask to have a look at a issue over the phone and one of our experienced technician will remote onto the device and look at the issue over the phone, in most cases issue can be resolved via remote support 


Secondly a ticketing system, users can log a ticket with the service desk and will then get a ticket number for the call they have logged, Users will be kept up to date via the ticket and if more information is needed our technicians will get in touch 


If a site visit is required then one of our technicians who visit site will be booked and visit to resolve any issues
